Ambassador Rooney meets George Grasso, November 8, 2006

On November 8, George Grasso, the First Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Police Department called on Ambassador Rooney. Mr. Grasso is the second-in-command at the Police Department and is responsible for the Department’s management, budget, and personnel functions as well as the disciplinary system.
